Growth Education for the Owners - Due to the Board for October
We've been asked by the Board to put together an education program for the owners around the topic of growth. We had a market study done by a market expert, Pete Davis, which we should make owners aware of. We also have the results of the owner survey on growth to look at and input from Marty Schulz about how to know if you need to grow and if growth is needed, suggestions about the local market.

Discussed various methods of getting education information out to owners.
Bulk mailing, posters, website communication board, board members in the store, the Thymes

Brainstormed the different ideas around the content and presentation of the education to owners.
The basics are why growth is needed, where growth would be best, and what the benefit would be to the owners.

Todd will put together a basic outline draft and will send it out to the ORC members and it will then be submitted to Exec for the October Board meeting for Board input. The Board input will come to the November ORC meeting for finalizing the educational information.

Information Gathering from Owners - Due to the Board for December
Research and propose a way to get consistent, broad based input from our owners gathered either by ourselves, using an external company, or a combination of both.
