In 2005 the Co-op began an exciting project on the South Store property. The site, which had previously been home to the Feast Alternative Kitchen, became a vegetable garden! This organic garden is a great educational tool for visiting classes and also provides freshly harvested produce for use in our off-site events and when available, in our Feast Alternative Kitchen. This year we will also donatate produce to the South Corvallis Food Bank.
