The Co-op has its own commercial kitchen, Feast Alternative, where many delicious foods are created with mostly organic ingredients. These delights are offered as 'Grab & Go' meals and baked goods at both stores, as well as entrées in our full-service deli case, and hot food and salad bars at the South Store. There is always at least one vegetarian and one meat option in our hot food bar and soup selection. Enjoy your deli food in our outdoor or indoor seating areas.

Also part of the deli is our selection of pre-wrapped or cut-to-order domestic and imported cheeses - the largest selection at the lowest prices in the mid-valley area! 99% of all cheeses at the Co-op are free of artificial growth hormones or antibiotics and many are organic. For those of you who are lactose intolerant or vegan, we have non-dairy cheese options as well.
